Al-Ameen Educational Society established Al-Ameen College of Pharmacy Bangalore (ACP) in the year 1983. It has been nurturing ground for pharmaceutical professionals. It is affiliated to AICTE and recognized by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore. The College provides possible pharmaceutical education equipped with knowledge and skill. Candidate should have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics from recognized College or University.

• Bachelor in Pharmacy (B Pharm):

Candidates who have passed two years Pre-University Course (PUC) examination of Karnataka PUC Board or an equivalent examination of any other approved Board or university with not less than 40% marks (35% marks for SC/ST or category)in any combination comprising PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) or PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) or PCMB or PC with Computer Science/Electronics/Information Science/Biotechnology.

• M Pharma:

Candidate should have completed B.Pharm from any recognized university of India with a minimum of 55% marks (aggregate of 4 years).

For SC/ST Category-I candidates, the prescribed percentage of marks will be 50% of the maximum marks in the qualifying exam’s.

The college, now in its 35th year, has cemented its goodwill in nurturing pharmacy professionals who’ve hugely contributed to healthcare. The institution has a robust and well-organized academic and institutional infrastructure, enabling the establishment to offer world-class pharmaceutical education. The most notable component of the academic infrastructure is the extremely knowledgeable and experienced faculty who guide the students.

Plans to establish model testing and manufacturing units are on the cards. Once these units start operating, students will be able to apply their acquired knowledge and skills in real life.
